  11. 1 taza avena entera
  12. 1/2 taza avena triturada
  13. 1/2 taza almidón o fécula de patata
  14. 1/2 taza azúcar moreno ( yo use orgánico demeraro turbinado)
  15. 1/2 taza miel de abeja silvestre extra virgen
  16. 1 limónn ( su zumo)
  17. 1 Cda polvos de hornear
  18. 1/4 taza aceite de oliva light
  19. 1/4 taza aceite de girasol
  20. 1/2 taza coco rallado
  21. 1/2 taza arándanos secos
  22. 1 plátano chico rebanado en fome semidiagonal

  1. Precalentar el horno a 190 C (375 F)
  2. Engrasar el molde con la mezcla de aceite de girasol y aceite de oliva y enharinar con la mezcla de avena molida y fécula de patata.

  5. Antes de colocar la mezcla dentro del molde colocar rebanadas de platano uniformemente en la base de modo simétrico( ved la foto) y sobre éstas, verter la mezcla dentro del molde mediano engrasado y enharinado, reperir la acción a medio molde y cubrir con el resto de la mezcla y hornear por 45 minutos.
