 Ayudándose con una cuchara aplanar y emparejar.
 Con un cornet o un cuchillo, marcar las líneas por donde luego se separarán las galletas.
 También se pueden hacer bolitas y aplanarlas con las manos. La idea es que queden finitas.   
- Llevar a horno medio/fuerte precalentado hasta que comiencen a dorarse.
 Aproximadamente unos 15 minutos.
 Dejar enfriar.
