- Relleno de acelga
- 1 cebolla
- 1/2 atado acelga
- 1/2 morrón
- 2 dientes ajo
- 1 zanahoria
- Pimienta
- Sal
- Orégano
- Relleno de fiambre
- 250 grs jamón
- 200 g muzzarella
- Salsa blanca
- 1 taza leche
- 2 cucharadas aceite
- 1/2 cuch sal
- Pimienta
- Nuez moscada
- 2 cuch maicena

- Primero hice los panqueques que van a servir para dividir cada relleno.
En un bowl poner la harina con la sal y aceite, unir mezclando con la leche y los huevos hasta que quede una masa homogénea -no líquida ni tampoco muy espesa-.
Luego calentar una sartén o panqueques con un poquito de aceite e ir agregando de a poco el preparado para así formar los panqueques. Aproximadamente me salieron 10 panqueques. - Relleno de pollo.
Picar la suprema de pollo y saltear con la cebolla, morrón y ajo. Luego de salteado agregar la sal, orégano y pimienta y dejar que se cocine.
Cuando quede cocido y frío, desmenuzar bien el relleno. - Relleno de acelga:
Lavar y picar las acelgas incluyendo el tallo.
Picar la cebolla el morrón y el ajo y saltear bien. Luego agregamos las acelgas, la sal, orégano, pimienta, zanahoria y revolvemos bien dejando cocer tapado. Cuando estuvo cocido si se desea agregar uno o dos huevos crudos. - Ensamblado:
En una asadera rectangular (lo hice yo sino en la que tengan), cubrir la base con los panqueques y encima agregar el relleno de acelga, luego volver a cubrir el relleno de acelga con panqueques y agregar el relleno de jamón y arriba el queso mozzarella.
Encima del queso tapamos nuevamente con tapas de panqueques y va el relleno de pollo tapado nuevamente por tapas de panqueques.
Encima colócalos la salsa blanca con queso mozzarella por encima o queso rallado. - Luego va a horno por unos quince minutos aproximadamente y a comer!!!
Yo lo hice acompañado de arroz blanco con tomates Cherry pero puedes acompañarlo con lo que desees.
