  1. Relleno. Cortar los hongos en concase y cocinarlos en una sartén con un poco de aceite. Cuando estén listos, agregar el pollo cortado en cuadraditos pequeños. Agregar sal y pimienta negra recién molida. Una vez cocido. Reservar.
  2. Precalentar el horno a 180°
  3. Los crêpes: preparé la masa para panqueques con un huevo, sal, una taza de harina y la cantidad necesaria de agua hasta lograr la consistencia deseada. Se puede hacer con leche, pero con agua quedan más livianos. Con esa cantidad hice 8 panqueques aproximadamente.
  4. Rellenar los crêpes y doblarlos en triángulos. Distribuir en una fuente para horno. Reservar.
  5. Cortar los tomates perita, en concase y quitándoles previamente las semillas.
  6. Calentar un poco de aceite y echar los tomates. Condimentar con sal y pimentón extra. Bajar el fuego y cocinar unos 10' a 15' hasta que esté la salsa. Reservar.
  7. En otra cacerola, derretir la manteca y agregar la maicena. Bajar el fuego. Revolver hasta integrar y agregar de a poco la leche caliente, revolviendo siempre para evitar grumos. Condimentar con sal, pimienta blanca molida y nuez moscada. En caso de ser necesario, agregar más leche.
  8. Cubrir los crêpes con la salsa bechamel, la salsa de tomate y por último unos trozos de queso cremoso.
  9. Llevar al horno a gratinar durante unos 15'/20'.... Y a disfrutar de las pastas del domingo!!
