  3. Preparamos la bechamel de la siguiente manera: Calentamos la mantequilla 2 minutos 100º V1.
  4. Añadimos los champiñones, 3 minutos V1 100º.
  5. Incorporamos la harina y programamos 3 minutos V3 100º
  6. Añadimos la leche, la sal y las especias. Mezclamos 5 segundos V5. Programamos 8 minutos V3 100º. Añade ahora un poco de perejil fresco picado y vuelve a mezclar unos segundos.
  7. En una sartén antiadherente o en una cubeta de cerámica o excellence ponemos una avellana de mantequilla. Programamos menú plancha (modelos D y E) menú sofreír 140º (modelo F) y esperamos a que se derrita, procurando extenderla bien por toda la superficie.
  8. Con un cazo vamos vertiendo un poco de masa en la cubeta o sartén. Cuando empiecen a salir brubujitas en la superficie damos la vuelta ayudándonos de una espátula de silicona. Dejamos dorar apenas 1 minuto más y sacamos nuestro crepe a un plato. Repetimos hasta terminar la masa.
  9. Ya sólo queda ir rellenando los crepes con un poco de la bechamel y enrollarlos sobre sí mismos.
