- Una vez hecho eso se coloca en un envase aparte el aceite de oliva, la pimienta y la sal y se revuelve, haciendo como una especie de aderezo. Luego esto se echa en el pyrex, cubriendo todo. 
- Luego se cubre el pyrex con papel aluminio y se coloca en el horno por 50 min. En la foto es esta el resultado del horneado 
- Para las crepes: Colocar en la licuadora primero todos los ingredientes seco (harina y sal), luego le colocamos el huevo y la mantequilla, finalmente el agua y licuamos. Usamos una sartén donde untamos mantequilla. Vertemos la mezcla con un cucharón y esparcimos de forma circular.
- Una vez hecha las crepes y el Ratatouille. En un plato colocamos en una mitad de las crepes el Ratatouille y doblamos
